Anja Chan is a paralegal who supports the attorneys at Rahman Law PC by helping them to provide the best possible representation to their clients with attention to strategy, detail and efficiency. Ms. Chan joined Rahman Law PC in 2015 with the experience provided by her long career in personal injury law. Since 1995 Ms. Chan has been living and working in the Bay Area supporting several prominent San Francisco attorneys who represent clients injured in motor vehicle collisions or other accidents. She is now putting her experience and skills to work assisting Rahman Law PC in obtaining favorable resolutions for their clients.
Ms. Chan graduated with honors from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business Administration. She obtained her law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, in 1992. Boalt Hall awarded Ms. Chan the Prosser Prize in the Fall of 1991 for her work in the area of sexual harassment law. In 1993 Ms. Chan served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Steven R. Kosach, State of Nevada, Second Judicial District.
Ms. Chan is the author of Women and Sexual Harassment: A Practical Guide to the Legal Protections of Title VII and the Hostile Environment Claim (The Haworth Press, Inc., 1994; Routledge Taylor & Francis Group, 2013). She is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
